I don't know if you've seen a power-point presentation of black and white photos by Nick Brandt or not, but I had to share a few with you. These come from his "A Shadow Falls" collection. When I grow up and become a real photographer, I want to take pictures like these.

Really beautiful!
Here in SA we have a number of Elephant Sanctuaries where you can get up close and personal with these gentle giants. (Including putting your hand in their mouths, etc). Did you know that the herds are led by a Matriarch?
You should see them in real life in the wild - incredible!
